In a move to strengthen corporate collaboration, BRAC Bank has signed a strategic partnership agreement with PHP Group, one of Bangladesh’s foremost industrial conglomerates.

The alliance, formalized on 19 February 2025 at PHP’s corporate office in Khulshi, Chattogram, aims to provide tailored corporate and institutional banking services to support PHP Group’s expansive operations.

Under the partnership, PHP Group will leverage BRAC Bank’s nationwide network and customized financial solutions, facilitating operational efficiency and accelerating business growth.

The agreement was signed by Md. Ali Hossain, Director of PHP Group, and Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking at BRAC Bank. Other senior officials from both organizations, including Kayesh Chowdhury, Head of Regional Corporate at BRAC Bank, were present.

This collaboration underscores BRAC Bank’s commitment to offering technology-driven, client-focused financial services and reflects a shared vision for innovation and economic development in Bangladesh.
