Pran-RFL Group, a leading Bangladeshi conglomerate, announced plans to align all investments with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The group commits to fully recycling plastics by 2030, sourcing 90% of processed food ingredients locally, cutting factory water use by 30%, and reducing energy consumption by 20%, with 25% coming from renewables.

The group unveiled its inaugural sustainability report, “Nurturing Lives, Sustaining Tomorrow”, at an event in Dhaka, emphasizing its commitment to sustainable innovation, risk mitigation, and societal impact. CEO Ahsan Khan Chowdhury highlighted the report’s focus on environmental, social, and economic transformation, while officials and experts praised Pran-RFL’s leadership in corporate sustainability.
