Walton Hi-Tech partners with Sri Lankan firm to expand market reach

Walton Hi-Tech Industries has partnered strategically with Monik Trading Private Ltd, a Sri Lankan company, to develop brands and expand its market presence.
Walton announced in a disclosure on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) today that the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The agreement focuses on fostering cooperation in product purchases, marketing, customer service, and product promotion to build a stronger foothold in the market.
Headquartered in Badulla, Sri Lanka, Monik Trading is set to collaborate with Walton on a comprehensive business roadmap to enhance their competitive edge in the designated markets.
The announcement resonated with investors, as Walton’s shares rose 0.43% to Tk 494 on the DSE by 12:40 pm.
