Japanese real estate company begins Bangladesh chapter

Japanese real estate company JP Building has launched its Bangladesh chapter, JP Build BD Co, commencing its entry into Bangladesh’s vibrant real estate market.
The inauguration ceremony, graced by Japanese Ambassador to Bangladesh Iwama Kiminori and JP Build BD Co Ltd’s Chairman Akio Yamamoto, marked the beginning of a new era of collaboration and investment in Bangladesh’s burgeoning real estate sector.
JP Build BD Co aims to invest $20 million or Tk 2.16 billion over the next three years to revolutionize the local real estate landscape by offering cutting-edge construction solutions and advanced technology.
The company’s debut product, the Nippon elevator, embodies its dedication to quality and innovation.
Since its inception in 2018, JP Build has established itself as a leader in Japan’s real estate and construction industry. It is renowned for its commitment to excellence and use of state-of-the-art technology.
In addition to construction solutions, JP Build offers a range of services, including solar power plant installation, eco-energy power generation facilities, real estate development, and consultancy services.
Through JP Build BD Co Ltd, the company aims to contribute significantly to Bangladesh’s economic growth and human resource development.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman Akio Yamamoto emphasized JP Build’s commitment to supporting the construction of modern, earthquake-resistant buildings in Bangladesh.
Japanese Ambassador Iwama Kiminori reaffirmed Japan’s longstanding interest in partnering with Bangladesh for development initiatives.
