WhatsApp has recently introduced an upgrade to its edit of sent messages feature. The new feature allows users to edit captions on different media types, such as images, videos, GIFs, and documents, even after sending them.
The feature is available for Android, iOS, and desktop users. Users can fix typos within 15 minutes of sending the message.
To edit a media caption, users just have to tap and hold on to a recent message with a caption. After this, from the drop-down menu, users can select the option to edit the caption of the media message they have sent.
WhatsApp has also rolled out the Screen Share feature to its global user base. This functionality allows users to share their phone and PC screens with others while they are on video calls.
The company has introduced a landscape mode as an extra enhancement. Unlike the usual portrait mode, the landscape mode provides a wider and more expansive perspective of the video call interface.
