India’s exports hit record $824.9 Billion in FY2024–25

India’s total exports surged past previous records to reach $824.9 billion in the financial year 2024–25, marking a growth of over 6 per cent year-on-year, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on Friday.
The country’s exports were $778.1 billion in FY2023–24, with the latest increase largely driven by strong performance in the services sector.
Services exports reached an all-time high of $387.5 billion, up 13.6 per cent from the previous year, continuing to underpin overall export momentum.
Merchandise exports, excluding petroleum products, also posted growth, rising 6 per cent to a record $374.1 billion over the previous financial year.
