Betopia Limited, the country’s leading IT company specializing in AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity, has officially signed a strategic partnership with Beyond Borders Outsourcing Services Inc., a specialized entity focused on tailored technology services.            

This collaboration marks another stride for Betopia, this time by opening a subsidiary in the Philippines. It is a major step toward expanding the footprint beyond borders.     

Both parties have agreed on an equity participation structure of 60:40, with 60% local ownership and 40% foreign ownership. Under this agreement, Betopia Limited will provide: advanced technology infrastructure; system development and modernization; AI-based platforms; ERP and automation tools; web design and hosting; all types of operational supplies; branding activities; app design enhancements; and continuous innovation.

Betopia will also facilitate training and product development, and all technological initiatives will be executed in alignment with Betopia Group’s global standards of excellence.

The signing ceremony took place in Manila, Philippines, on 29 December 2025. The signing ceremony was graced by distinguished leaders from both organizations, including Muhammad Monir Hossain, Founder and Group CEO, Betopia Group, Ron Vergara, CTO/CMO, Beyond Borders Outsourcing Services Inc., and Rakibul Islam, Chief Technology Officer, Betopia Limited.
